Black Eyed Susan is strong and wise.

"Black Eyed Susan" embodies the intensity of this flower and the mystery of its wisdom and fortitude.

I created her in celebration of these flowers that thrive so brightly. I ruminate on their strength, of self regeneration, and their reclamation of space year after year. I wonder at their vigor, of how long they stand bright and fresh against the strongest hottest summer sun. I marvel at their tenacity to withstand the heat and manage to make good use of water. And I drink in their beauty, and the bright yellow and their dark centers and their fuzzy leaves.

This Statue stands 10" tall and 4'' at the widest spots.
